I know this isn't a super complicated recipe, but bear with me it is DELICIOUS! Magic happens when bacon and cabbage meet up with an appearance by apple-cider vinegar. You may have seen savoy cabbage in the grocery store and wondered “what is up with cabbage’s cousin”? It may look rough, tough and mean but it is actually a lot more tender and delicate than regular cabbage or red cabbage, thus making it perfect for slaws, salads, sautéing, or wraps. I like to sauté savoy cabbage because it takes no time time to tenderize so it is a quick side-dish, add some bacon…DONE AND DONE!
