We celebrated our first Valentine's Day together this past year. As a part of our romantic dinner, we made this delicious torte. No, we didn't feed it to one another, but each bite was a heavenly little bit of love. (Too cheesy?)

With a hearty texture and just a hint of sweetness, these cookies are the perfect treat for someone with a primal palate. These delicious little cookies are just like traditional oatmeal cookies, but without any junky ingredients.

The full name for this French side dish is Ratatouille Niçoise.
