Butter Garlic Wings
Ingredients
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Butter, Unsalted, melted
- 10 cloves 10 cloves 10 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 lb 2 1/2 lb 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Dill Mayonnaise Dip (click for recipe)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Heat butter in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the butter, stirring frequently.
- Bring butter and garlic to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt.
- Pour butter-garlic mixture over wings, and toss to coat.
- Bake wings at 325°F for 50–60 minutes.
- Serve with Dill dip.

Totally simple and delicious. I didn’t make the dip to go along with it, but I did spritz the chicken with some Lemon and sprinkled Paprika on top!
Tried it a few weeks ago and loved it. Couldn’t find the recipe tonight and used a different but similar one. This was much better. Will use it from here on out.
