The Best Burgers Ever
These burgers are so juicy and delicious and are honestly the best burgers I've had. My husband helped develop this recipe and he is a genius with a grill. They have become a weekly staple in our house, mostly because then I don't have to cook!
Ingredients
- 2 lb 2 lb 2 lb Ground Beef
- 2 whole 2 whole 2 whole Eggs
- 1.5 tsp 1.5 tsp 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp 1.5 tsp 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Coriander, ground
- 8 whole 8 whole 8 whole Portobello Mushroom Cap
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat grill to medium heat (about 325 degrees)
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands until thoroughly combined
- Spread meat evenly onto a large cutting board or cookie sheet and divide into equal 1/4 lb sections
- Take each section one at a time and form into a patty
- Press the patty down slightly in the center with your thumb
- Remove stem from porotobllo mushrooms and spread oil on both sides
- Add portobello mushrooms to grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping once
- Place burgers onto the grill, close the lid and cook for about 5 minutes
- Flip burgers and cook for an additional 4 minutes
- Serve burgers with mushroom caps as the bun
