Sunbutter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Sunbutter
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Palm Oil Shortening, Organic [*Spectrum Brand, sustainably sourced]
- 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Maple Syrup, Pure
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whip all ingredients with a hand blender until fluffy.
- Refrigerate frosting until use.
- Whip again before frosting the cupcakes.

This recipe is all messed up on the app. I followed the app while making these and while it tasted good it was never gonna fluff so I just poured it over the cupcakes. Today I was able to get to computer and check it out and I see the issues. Hope when I make it correct the next time it taste good and looks good…
