Lemon Thyme Chicken
This easy chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner option.
Ingredients
- 1 lb 1 lb 1 lb Chicken Breast, Skinless, diced
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Oregano, dried
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour the lemon juice in a medium to large sized skillet over medium heat (it should be enough lime juice to cover the bottom of the skillet - if not add a little bit more)
- Add the chicken to the skillet
- Sprinkle the herbs and spices over the chicken
- Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes and flip, continue cooking until chicken cooked through (another 3-5 minutes)
