Green Smoothie Bowl & Mira
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Kale, or spinach
- 1 1 1 Carrots
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 Cucumber
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 Avocado, frozen
- 3/4 cup 3/4 cup 3/4 cup Almond Milk, (your choice of milk: coconut, almond, or hemp)
- 1 bunch 1 bunch 1 bunch Parsley
- 8 8 8 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 Banana, frozen
- 4 4 4 Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Flax Seed, Whole, (optional)
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Spirulina Powder, (optional)
- Vanilla Protein Powder (Garden of Life Brand), (optional)
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender until smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl and top with your favorite superfoods!
