Gingerbread
Traditional Gingerbread flavor without the traditional ingredients.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Arrowroot Flour
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Cashew Butter, Unsweetened
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg
- 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp Molasses
- 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp Ginger, ground
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 0.125 tsp 0.125 tsp 0.125 tsp Cloves, ground
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Shift together the coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and salt
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour into 2 greased mini loaf pans
- Bake 25-30 minutes

I am allergic to tree nuts, so is peanut butter ok? I know it isn’t paleo, but it is now the only thing I can use.
You can try peanut butter, it would work texture wise, but it will alter the taste. I hope that helps, that is a total bummer to be allergic to nuts :).
