French Apple Tarte (grain free)
This "French Apple Tarte" is inspired by all the beautiful and pastry filled bakeries I gawked at, while in Paris. This tarte makes the perfect easy and elegant dessert to share with your friends and family; and it's gluten free, grain free, paleo, and oh so fun to make and of course eat too! Enjoy!

Notes
- I used an 11 in. tart pan for this tarte. (if you are using a smaller size pan, you may have a little extra dough left) * You can substitute raw honey with regular honey, but I prefer the raw honey due to it being more mild in flavor. ** Can also use raw, unrefined cane sugar or maple sugar. *** For the apricot preserves I recommend using this brand, because it contains no added sugar. Alternatively you can just use a trusted organic brand, homemade version, or none.
