  1. Heat grill to high heat.
  2. Rinse steaks and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub palm oil over steaks.
  4. Combine garam masala, curry, garlic, smoked salt, pepper, and cayenne in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Sprinkle spice mixture over steaks, and lightly rub into the steaks to evenly coat both sides.
  6. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once.
  7. Serve with a garnish of cilantro.
