Vanilla Coconut Halloween Pops
Vanilla Coconut Halloween Pops.....A healthy treat for your little ghosts and goblins with no added sugar.
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup 0.75 cup 0.75 cup Coconut Butter, Organic, melted
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Coconut, shredded
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Coconut Oil, Organic
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine coconut butter, shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon coconut oil and mix well
- Pour in mixture to lolly pop molds, cover and place lolly sticks in slots of mold
- Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes
Notes
I used a cake pop mold with lollipop sticks. You only need to fill one side of the cake mold and then insert the lollipop sticks.
