Trail Mix Cookies
Enjoy these delicious trail-mix cookies that are gluten-free and have a gooey consistency with a crispy shell!
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Almonds, slivered
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Organic
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Egg Whites
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Banana
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Melt the coconut oil
- Mix in remainder of ingredients
- Make cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes until done or for 30 until crispy
- Wait for 30 minutes for cookies to cool and set before serving
