Shawarma Meatballs
An easy, quick dish with Mediterranean flavors!
Ingredients
- 1 lb 1 lb 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Shawarma Seasoning
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Spinach, Chopped
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Crack the egg into a large bowl and whisk it
- Mix in ground lamb, spinach, and seasoning
- Roll into meatballs
- Place on a baking sheet
- Cook in the oven for 12 minutes
- Rotate the meatballs
- Cook for 10 more minutes
