Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings
Raspberry Chipotle chicken wings with a hint of coffee and honey as well. These wings hit all of the flavor notes on your Primal Palate! đŸ™‚
Ingredients
- 2 lb 2 lb 2 lb Chicken Wings, skin on
- 6 oz 6 oz 6 oz Raspberries, Organic, Fresh
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Coffee, strongly brewed
- 2 whole 2 whole 2 whole Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, add two peppers and some adobo sauce
- 4 Tbsp 4 Tbsp 4 Tbsp Honey, Raw
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 400F
- season wings with salt and pepper and cook until crispy about 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through
- in a blender or processor mix together coffee, raspberries, honey, chipotle peppers, salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Add some more coffee if it is too thick
- when wings are crispy brush one side with sauce mixture and place back in oven for another 5 minutes
- flip wings and brush other side with mixture and bake another 5 minutes
- garnish with some of the leftover sauce
Notes
These are a great crowd pleaser, add more honey to make them sweeter and stickier or less coffee to make the sauce thicker. Play with the recipe to make it your own!

another great recipe from your website – thanks. Made these tonight. So easy and delicious. I did cut the chipotle down to one, as I tried the sauce while in the FP. However, after baking them, I should have added the second chipotle for a bit more heat, less sweet. I will add the second chipotle when I make these next time (probably in another week or two, they are so good). And I would definitely serve these at a party, too. Thanks again
