Pumpkin Butter
Add some fall flavor to your butter coffee with my thick, yet fluffy pumpkin butter! It can also be enjoyed on top of paleo bagels, breads, muffins, crackers, etc
Ingredients
- 8 oz 8 oz 8 oz Butter, Unsalted, melted
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg Yolk
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Primal Palate Pumpkin Pie Spice
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add pumpkin puree, egg yolk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice to a mixing bowl
- With an electric mixer going on high speed, SLOWLY pour in melted butter
- Pour into glass container and place in refrigerator to harden for about an hour or two
