Pina Colada Smoothie {Vegan, Dairy free & Paleo Friendly}
All natural, secretly healthy, light, fresh, subtly sweet, tropical inspired and family friendly .
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened vanilla
- .5 cup .5 cup .5 cup Coconut Water
- .5 tsp .5 tsp .5 tsp Rum , extract
- .5 whole .5 whole .5 whole Banana, preferably pre-frozen
- .5 cup .5 cup .5 cup Pineapple
- .5 cup .5 cup .5 cup Mango
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 4 whole 4 whole 4 whole Cherries, fresh, Optional for serving
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut, shredded, Optional for Serving
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- lace all ingredients (except for the shredded coconut and cherries) into a blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness to suit your personal taste - add a splash of vanilla, some stevia or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
- To serve, pour into a chilled glass or mason jar, add your coconut and cherries and skull, skull, skull savour every delicious drop.
