Paleo Nutella Fudge Bars
These Paleo Nutella Fudge Bars are so moist and fudgy and taste just like nutella!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Hazelnut Flour, or meal
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Cacao Powder, Raw, + 1.5 Tbsp for topping
- 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure, or honey, + 1 Tbsp for topping
- 3 whole 3 whole 3 whole Eggs, beaten (or flax eggs)
- 0.75 cup 0.75 cup 0.75 cup Almond Milk, or coconut milk
- 1.5 Tbsp 1.5 Tbsp 1.5 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Organic, melted + 1 Tbsp for topping
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- n a large bowl mix together coconut flour, hazelnut flour and cacao powder
- In a small bowl mix rest of ingredients together and add to dry ingredients, mix well
- Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper, place batter in and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until done. Slice into about 9 bars
- Microwave coconut oil and honey in a small bowl until melted and stir in cacao powder. Drizzle on to bars

This doesn’t make sense. The cacao powder is listed with the flours but in the list it states it’s for the topping. Then in step 3 it says remaining ingredients, but is it really all of the remaining ingredients? And in the directions, it says to melt coconut oil and honey but honey isn’t listed in the list above. Help!
