Oven Roasted Asparagus with Tangy Lemon Dressing
An alternative to popular steamed asparagus, served with a tangy lemon dressing for a great appetizer or side!
Ingredients
- 30 whole 30 whole 30 whole Asparagus, white tips cut trimmed
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Basil, dried
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Oregano, dried
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 400F
- Line up your asparagus on a parchment-lined baking tray
- Melt butter
- Mix and blend all the sauce ingredients. Pour over asparagus
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Broil for additional 5
