Lava Mug Cake
A simple decadent chocolate dessert that can be made in minutes, with minimal dish washing! WIN WIN!!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, Organic
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp Honey, Raw
- 0.33 cup 0.33 cup 0.33 cup Coconut Milk, full fat
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg
- 3 oz 3 oz 3 oz Dark Chocolate
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a 6-8oz microwave safe mug, mix first 6 ingredients (everything, but chocolate) until smooth
- Push 1oz. chocolate towards the bottom of the mug
- Place the remaining 2oz. chocolate in the center of the batter
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove from microwave, flip onto a plate and eat while warm
