Honey-Nut Banana Bread
A simple blend-and-bake Honey-Nut Banana Bread recipe to compromise a recovery meal and a treat!
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Almond Milk
- 0.75 cup 0.75 cup 0.75 cup Coconut Flour, or vanilla primal whey
- 3 whole 3 whole 3 whole Banana, ripe
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Egg Whites
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Honey, Raw
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Almonds
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Walnuts, Organic, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Blend all of the ingredients together. Pulse until almond slivers are of consistency you prefer
- Bake for 60-75 minutes in a 4x6 loaf pan until knife comes out clean
- Alternatively bake in an 8' pie pan for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean
- Top with additional honey/cinnamon if desired
