Healthy Pumpkin Fudge
This Healthy Pumpkin Fudge is simple and delicious; made with only 5 wholesome ingredients and no baking required.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Almond Butter
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Coconut Oil, Organic
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Primal Palate Pumpkin Pie Spice
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper
- Put in the freezer and freeze 3-4 hours or until firm
- Cut into pieces and enjoy
- Store in the an airtight container in the freezer

Not sure if this is the same recipe I used, but the issue was that you could not leave it on the table because it melted fast. Not pretty on a holiday table.
