- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup dried, unsweetened Cranberries
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Blueberries, unsweetened, dried
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Pineapple, unsweetened, dried
