Grilled Balsamic Rosemary Peaches with Creamy Goat Cheese
Grilled Peaches with rosemary, decadent mouth-watering goat cheese and finished off with the perfect flavor of fig balsamic vinegar. The perfect grilled side dish for all of your Summer picnics.
Ingredients
- 4 whole 4 whole 4 whole Peaches, cut in half and pits removed
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Ghee, melted
- 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 4 Tbsp 4 Tbsp 4 Tbsp Vinegar, Fig Balsamic
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat Grill to medium
- Brush cut side of peaches with melted ghee and sprinkle with chopped rosemary
- Grill until peaches are tender but not falling apart and have grill marks
- Remove from heat and place on plate, drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sea salt
