  1. Preheat Grill to medium
  2. Brush cut side of peaches with melted ghee and sprinkle with chopped rosemary
  3. Grill until peaches are tender but not falling apart and have grill marks
  4. Remove from heat and place on plate, drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sea salt
