Green Beans with Bacon, Onions and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 lb 1 lb 1 lb Green Beans, Trimmed
- 4 pieces 4 pieces 4 pieces Bacon
- 1 pieces 1 pieces 1 pieces Onion
- 4 cloves 4 cloves 4 cloves Garlic
Process

- Toss the green beans into a large pot of boiling salted water and cook until bright green in color and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the beans
- Slice Bacon into pieces
- Dice Onion
- Mince Garlic
- Cook bacon in pan with onion and garlic
- Combine green beans, bacon, onion and garlic and cook a few minutes on medium heat.
