Golden Spiced Mango Margarita
A subtly sweet, deliciously nourishing, perfectly spiced, anti-inflammatory, magical mango, margarita inspired smoothie.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 0.75 cup 0.75 cup 0.75 cup Coconut Milk
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Mango, diced, I used frozen
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Cauliflower, (I find pre-steamed then frozen works best)
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter, Organic, Optional
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Black Pepper, this is important as the chemical compound in the black pepper is what helps and enables the body to absorb all of those important nutrients in the turmeric! You can’t taste the pepper, promise.
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, or 4-6 drops of vanilla stevia - I like sweet leaf brand best
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Lime Zest, + extra for serving
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Collagen, Optional
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Ice Cubes, more or less to desired consistency
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes, unsweetened, Optional for serving
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Chili Powder, Optional for serving
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Jalapeño, slice - optional for serving
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place all smoothie ingredients into your and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
- Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar then top with coconut flakes, spices and lime if desired.

Notes
NOTE – You could also add in a scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured would work best in this recipe ) for an extra boost of protein if you’re into that kinda thing – do what you feel baby 🙂
