Deliciously Indulgent Blueberry and Cranberry Coco-nutty Trail Mix
All natural, quick and easy, crisp and crunchy, tart and chewy, buttery, sweet, deliciously indulgent, healthy, homemade trail mix.
Deliciously buttery nuts and seeds combined with a handful of sweet and chewy dried berries, some crisp and crunchy shards of oven roasted coconut and the tiniest little sprinkling of dark chocolate to add a touch of decadence that is truly divine!
It really is the perfect deliciously simple, anytime snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Almonds, I use raw, unsalted
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Cashews, raw
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Coconut, shredded and toasted
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Blueberries, dried
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries, Organic
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips, Or cacao nibs
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place all ingredients into a bowl (or large ziplock bag) and stir (or shake) to combine.
- Store in an airtight container
