Chive Butter
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Allow pasture butter to soften approximately 15 minutes before making.
- Rinse and finely chop chives.
- Gently stir chopped chives into the softened butter.
- Serve with Skirt steak.
