Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash Casserole
An easy recipe that I made to get rid of leftovers but turned into a consistent favourite!
Ingredients
- 3 whole 3 whole 3 whole Chicken Breast, chopped
- 2 cup 2 cup 2 cup Spaghetti Squash
- 2 cup 2 cup 2 cup Egg Whites
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Hot Sauce / Wing Sauce, Tessemae's
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Cream Cheese, Full Fat
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook the chicken breasts in the hot sauce
- Pre-heat oven to 425F
- Line a pyrex dish with the chicken, then squash, then egg whites
- Bake until eggs are cooked (about 30 minutes)
- Coat with cheese and broil for additional 5-7 minutes
