  1. Cook the chicken breasts in the hot sauce
  2. Pre-heat oven to 425F
  3. Line a pyrex dish with the chicken, then squash, then egg whites
  4. Bake until eggs are cooked (about 30 minutes)
  5. Coat with cheese and broil for additional 5-7 minutes
