Boiled chicken
Chicken Boiled in water and then baked in oven.
Ingredients
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Chicken, Whole, cut up
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning, sprinkle over
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Sea Salt, sprinkle over
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, sprinkle over
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Take out to defrost the night before to defrost
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- cover chicken with water
- boil chicken in water until a froth forms on top
- place in pan and Sprinkle spices on
- Bake for 20 mins
- cut into meat to insure it is done, if not bake another 10 minutes
Notes
Chicken Quarters can be used too. save the water from boiling chicken to make a broth for other meals.
