- 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp Orange Juice
- 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Chili Powder, Red Chili Flakes
- 4 pieces 4 pieces 4 pieces Portobello Mushroom Cap
- 1.25 lb 1.25 lb 1.25 lb Beef Flank Steak
- 5 oz 5 oz 5 oz Spinach
- 1 oz 1 oz 1 oz Tomato, Cherry
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Marinade: combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 table vinegar, orange juice, 2 tea minced garlic, chili flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- Marinate mushrooms and steak for 1-4 hours
- Grill steak and mushrooms. assemble salad
