  2. Whisk the egg with hot sauce
  3. Combine coconut and almond flour
  4. Set up dipping station and dip hearts of palm into egg mixture, coat with coconut/almond mix
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy

    Question: recipe ingredient list shows “Almond Meal” and directions refer to “Almond Flour”. These 2 are different from what I understand. Which should I use?
