Baked Hearts of Palm

Ingredients
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Egg
- 5 whole 5 whole 5 whole Hearts of Palm, sliced 1-1.5cm
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Almond Meal
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce / Wing Sauce, Tessemae's
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 375F
- Whisk the egg with hot sauce
- Combine coconut and almond flour
- Set up dipping station and dip hearts of palm into egg mixture, coat with coconut/almond mix
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy
