Bacon-wrapped Shrimp
When you're entertaining, it helps to have a mix of dishes that are elegant and impressive (time consuming), and dishes that are delicious and easy to make. There's nothing complicated about this dish, but boy is it a crowd pleaser. You can't go wrong with these at a party!
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut the strips of bacon in half. Wrap each shrimp, starting from the head and working toward the tail. Skewer each shrimp with a 4-inch toothpick.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the skewered shrimp on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the shrimp is cooked through (opaque).
