Aviva’s Boost
A delicious milkshake-like smoothie that is perfect for a post-workout boost or a cheat night treat (with non-Paleo Kahlua!).
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Almond Milk
- 4 pieces 4 pieces 4 pieces Dates (Medjool), Pitted
- 0.12 cup 0.12 cup 0.12 cup Coffee, strongly brewed, Chilled
- .25 cup .25 cup .25 cup Cashews, raw, Unsalted
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour milk into blender (preferably Vitamix or equivalent)
- Pour coffee into blender
- Add cashews
- Add dates
- Add ice
- Blend for one minute or until smooth

this was a really good smoothie. i enjoyed it very much. i actually used instant coffee because its my favorite brand and just added a little extra almond milk. super delicious.
