A delicious milkshake-like smoothie that is perfect for a post-workout boost or a cheat night treat (with non-Paleo Kahlua!).
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour milk into blender (preferably Vitamix or equivalent)
- Pour coffee into blender
- Add cashews
- Add dates
- Add ice
- Blend for one minute or until smooth
