5 minute banana-mango pudding
An easy refreshing treat for a hot day
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Mango, frozen cubes
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Banana, frozen slices
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Almond Milk
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Honey, Raw, can sub maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour, Optional for a thicker consistency
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend all ingredients together
- Whisk until light and frothy

Optionally add a 30g scoop of whey for a thicker more "pudding like" consistency
