  • 1 cup 1 cup Mango, frozen cubes
  • 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Banana, frozen slices
  • 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Almond Milk
  • 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Honey, Raw, can sub maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour, Optional for a thicker consistency
