Frozen Grape and Coconut Smoothie
Stay cool and nourished with this dairy free frozen grape and vanilla coconut smoothie! Super creamy, delicious, and packed full of healthy nutrients!! Great for breakfast or post workout too.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt, or greek yogurt
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Grapes, Red, frozen
- 10 oz 10 oz 10 oz Coconut Milk, or almond milk
- 0.5 whole 0.5 whole 0.5 whole Banana
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Ice cubes
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp 0.25 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, optional
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Strawberry Preserves (click for recipe), or grape preserves for natural sweetness (optional)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all your ingredients in blender. Blend and serve immediately.
Notes
for more coconut flavor, add in a tbsp of shredded coconut! Or if you don't have coconut yogurt, then you can use coconut flavored greek yogurt. I used the plain coconut yogurt
