  1. Preheat oven to roast at 400.
  2. Rinse Brussels sprouts, and discard the ends.
  3. Thinly slice shallots.
  4. Toss Brussels sprouts and shallots in coconut oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast at 400 for 30-40 minutes, stirring once.
  6. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
  7. Add lobster to the pot and cover tightly with a lid.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes.
