This easy chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner option.

  1. Pour the lemon juice in a medium to large sized skillet over medium heat (it should be enough lime juice to cover the bottom of the skillet - if not add a little bit more)
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet
  3. Sprinkle the herbs and spices over the chicken
  4. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes and flip, continue cooking until chicken cooked through (another 3-5 minutes)
