we had this for dinner the other night, although it didn’t turn out as immaculate as the photo (I Highly suspect you used RAW lemons for that photo but i’ll forgive you :P)

it was delicious and oh so tender. worth spending the extra to get fresh fish, and also worth spending the time to make the mayo and the tartar sauce 🙂

Delicious and easy! The fish was perfectly cooked: moist, tender, and flaky. This will be my go-to fish recipe.

I made this recipe last night, and my fish came out over cooked and dried out. Next time, I’m going to try 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

I had two pieces of Cod thawed in the fridge, had just come home from shopping and was tired and hungry. I put this together in about 3 minutes, baked in my toaster oven. At the last few minutes I added leftover string beans to the casserole dish and dinner is done. Absolutely delicious.

Sooo good. I’d never really had cod before, well, besides fish sticks. I didn’t have unsalted butter, but the salted butter worked just fine.

Very plain. Did not like it at all. Either did my boyfriend. I did exactly what the recipe said…
