Paleo Shamrock Shake Smoothie
Enjoy the taste of a Shamrock Shake without all the junk -- and slip some extra veggies into your day!
Ingredients
- 1 whole 1 whole 1 whole Banana, frozen
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
- 0.25 whole 0.25 whole 0.25 whole Avocado
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Coconut Milk
- .5 cup .5 cup .5 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1 - 2 tsp 1 - 2 tsp 1 - 2 tsp Honey, Raw, optional
- 4 pieces 4 pieces 4 pieces Ice Cubes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Add 1 scoop of protein powder if desired. A few drops of liquid stevia to taste may be used instead of the honey.
