Cleansing GLOW Smoothie
This smoothie is a powerful health + immune boosting nutritional goldmine that will do wonders for your body – nourishing it from the inside out while kicking flu season in the face! It is fabulous for your skin, circulation and digestive health and tastes amazing.
Ingredients
- 200 gram 200 gram 200 gram Cucumber, chopped
- 0.25 cup 0.25 cup 0.25 cup Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Goji Berries, soaked
- 30 gram 30 gram 30 gram Ginger Root, fresh
- 0.5 cup 0.5 cup 0.5 cup Water
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 pinch 1 pinch 1 pinch Liquid Stevia Extract, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place goji berries in a little water and let them soak for 5 mins. Drain and place the goji berries in a high speed blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender (I used a Vitamix) and blend on high for about a minute.
- Add honey/stevia to taste (if using) and blend again.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge (consume within 24 hours for optimal nutritional benefit).
