Cinnamon Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup Palm Oil Shortening, Organic [*Spectrum Brand, sustainably sourced]
- 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Honey, Raw
- 1 1/2 Tbsp 1 1/2 Tbsp 1 1/2 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process

- Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to a week.

This recipe makes enough to frost 12 cupcakes.
