Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Split avocados in half, discard pits, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork until creamy with small chunks.
  3. Add in tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
  4. Press garlic cloves over bowl, and add lime juice.
  5. Mix together, until all is combined evenly.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and lime slices.

Notes

Avocado will turn brown (oxidize) if exposed to air for more than 30 minutes. If you are preparing this guacamole in advance for a party, add the lime juice called for in the recipe, if nothing else, to slow the oxidation of the avocado.
