I made this for dinner tonight. Needed something quick and easy and this was perfect. I did make the addition of water chestnuts (have young children who need a few more carbs than the hubby and I do). It was amazing and there were no leftovers!
This was a great recipe along with the cauliflower rice. Next time we’ll leave out the 1 tsp of salt though, because the Coconut Aminos we used was plenty. I used the recipe from the cookbook, but now that I know we like it, it’s nice that I can come on here to print it out for next time.
This was AMAZING! I haven’t had chinese food in a while, and Paleo has completely changed my taste buds, but seriously, I think this is the best asian dish I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe I made it myself in like 30 minutes!! So far my favorite recipe from ‘Make it Paleo’
Absolutely delicious! I’m doing a whole30 right now and was having a bad thought day. All I wanted was crap. I knew I needed a flavorful meal at dinner to change my thinking and the Beef with Broccoli was perfect! Served it with cauliflower rice.
