  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form
  3. Add the maple syrup and whisk until hard peaks form
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients
  5. Make silver dollar-sized biscuits on a parchment-lined baking tray
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy on outside and soft on the inside, or more if you want them more crunchy
