All natural, quick and easy, secretly healthy,, buttery, sweet, cinnamon spiked bites of energy packed deliciousness

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place cashews in your food processor/blender and pulse until crumbly, you want there to still be a few bigger chunks to give the bites some nice texture.
  2. Add dates and pules until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky u201cdoughu201d.
  3. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt flakes and pulse again until combined.
  4. Using your hands, roll approx 1 heaping teaspoon of cookie dough into little bite size balls then transfer to your mouth an airtight container (or even just a ziplock bag) and store in the fridge required


If your dates are a little dry try soaking them in some hot water for 10 mins before making your energy bites. Then simply drain and rinse and follow the recipe as written :)
