These Cinnamon Spice Bars have a rich deep flavor with a light and fluffy frosting - they are the perfect fall treat!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend together cashews (drain water from cashews before blending), molasses, maple syrup (1/3 cup), and egg until smooth
  3. Pour into large mixing bowl and add coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla and mix well
  4. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. For the Frosting: Mix all remaining ingredients together
  7. Frost bars once they have cooled
