    So excited about these recipes. Happened to have a beautiful bunch of arugula on had so thresw this together. Wasn’t sure if the asparagus is supposed to be raw or not so I lightly cooked it. Very fun way to eat arugula! Thought about adding avocado into the mix (but then I would add that to ANYTHING!) Very zesty, satisfying and yummy!

    Made this with the cinnamon steak skewers. Found out that my whole family loves arugula! My 13 year old son requested it for dinner last night too. With pleasure. I did not cook the asparagus.
