My name is Hannah and I grew up in rural Maryland. I started eating paleo in July 2013 and never looked back! My dad is pre-diabetic and I have a family history on both sides of diabetes, cancer, heart problems, etc. Ever since my first Whole30 in September 2013, my body no longer tolerates non-paleo foods. I can have an occasional bit of dairy, or dark chocolate, or wine or white potatoes but that's about it. Anything else (grains, refined sugar, preservatives/artificial anything, legumes, peanuts, etc.) and I feel horrible! I've never been in better health or enjoyed food, cooking and eating more than I do now. I'm just here living my life to the fullest!!
