Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until the pistachios are chopped finely and everything is well blended.
  2. Take out a spoonful at a time, squeeze in the palm of your hand a couple of times to make sure the mixture is tight and compact, then roll into a ball shape.
  3. Put in the refrigerator for approximately 15 - 30 minutes to firm.
