Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Peel the kiwis. I use a spoon inserted directly under the skin and I then turn the kiwi, keeping the spoon towards the surface of the skin. You can alternatively use a paring knife to slice the skin off or a vegetable peeler.
  2. Slice the peeled kiwis into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. Place on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 135F for 6-12 hours. If you do not have a dehydrater you can also place these on a cookie sheet in the oven at the lowest temperature, checking them after about 4 hours since an oven tends to be a little hotter. These should be slightly chewy when done.
